CR/KX 500 De Compression Levers

We are one of the few companies in the UK who are able to professionally fit de compression levers to your KX & CR 500 cylinder heads. This allows you to start the bike much easier and reduces kick back which also prevents engine cases cracking around the kick start. We do a fair few of these per week, please get in touch for a quote. We only use VHM levers which are the number 1 levers you can buy

Radiator Bracing

We offer custom bracing, strenghtening  and repairs to all motocross, enduro, trials and road bike radiators. We are also able to fabricate custom radiators for your project. We can re weld all tubes, mounting brackets, unpick radiator fins.

Camshaft Journal Repairs

Motocross bikes especially KTMs suffer terribly with worn/burnt out cam journal housings. This can be caused by a range of issues but the most common is oil starvation. We have developed a fix for most MX cylinder heads that will save you money.

clutch actuator arm repair

A very common form of crankcase repair we do here is damaged clutch actuator housings. These tend to become damaged when you have chain failures. We can weld up & re machine the housings ready for new bearings & seals

KTM KICK IDLE GEAR REPAIR

KTM 2 Stroke crankcases are renowned for kick start idle gear failures. From the 50s - 300s they all fail. We have developed a fix for all KTM crankcases. We have multiple jigs & specific welding processes which enable us to repair better & stronger than standard.
